ABH is seeking funding for a new project which that launch in 2024. The plan is the transformation of a house in a village south of Kyiv and to concert it into a multifunctional social space. Initially, it will be used by families displaced by the war. In the longer term, the space will also be used as a refuge for the elderly and for women victims of violence caused by post-traumatic stress disorder.
As with previous projects, Always Be Human is directly involved in funding the work. This ensures that 100% of donations go directly and exclusively to the project. ABH documents the work funded with photos and other relevant documentation that will be available to all our donors. We sincerely hope that you will be able to help us build this compelling and long term project.
Our latest Initiative
Bring a Little Light
This holiday season, Always Be Human has decided to launch a heartwarming initiative to bring joy to children in Ukraine. Affectionately known as “Santa’s List,” it is designed to fulfill simple wishes in order to bring a moment of merriment to those who need it most.
The organization invited children aged 1 to 20, living in shelters and refugee centers across the country, to share their holiday wishes with us. From candy and toys, to stationery and other simple pleasures, the requests reflect the resilience of these young hearts in the midst of difficult times.
By focusing on small gestures, we are all reminded of the power of kindness and connection during the holiday season.
